Do you ship Internationally?

Shipping time from the United States to Europe can vary widely depending on several factors, including the shipping method chosen, the specific countries involved, and any potential customs processes.

When will my order be processed?

In light of our meticulous craftsmanship, we'd like to inform you that the creation of your bespoke ring will take up to two weeks. This time frame ensures that every detail is perfected.

What shipping carriers do you use?

Currently we use UPS to assure items arrive to our clients safely and within a promised time frame.

How can I track my order?

Once your item has shipped, If you received a shipment tracking number in your confirmation email, you can use that number on the carrier's website (such as UPS, FedEx, DHL) to track the status of your delivery.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes! If you need to update or change your address, we encourage you to contact us promptly. We are not responsible for items being delivered to the incorrect address given by clients.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Each return/exchange is handled on a case by case basis. If you wish to cancel your order before it has shipped please contact me via the contact form with your order number ASAP so that I can stop production of your piece. If your piece has already been completed, you will not be able to cancel the order. In the event that you receive your order and then decide you would like to return or exchange, please contact me via email and we can make arrangements to replace your item accordingly.

What happens if my order is lost in transit?

If your order becomes lost in transit please notify me immediately with our contact form, and I will begin the process of filing a claim with the correct carrier. In most cases, replacement jewelry will be issued when I receive a reimbursement from the carrier.
